Die dem Apostel Johannes geweihte römisch-katholische Kirche St. Johannes Evangelist steht in der Waldstraße 15 von Dorfsulza, einem Teil der Kernstadt von Bad Sulza im Landkreis Weimarer Land in Thüringen. Die Pfarrei St. Johannes Baptist (Jena) betreut auch Gläubige außerhalb Jenas, so auch in der Kirchengemeinde Apolda und ihrer Außenstation Bad Sulza.
