Die Waldkapelle „Zur schmerzhaften Muttergottes“ ist eine katholische Kapelle in Kaisersesch, einer Stadt im Landkreis Cochem-Zell (Rheinland-Pfalz), die im 18. Jahrhundert errichtet wurde. Die Kapelle befindet sich am Stadtrand in Richtung Müllenbach, sie ist ein geschütztes Kulturdenkmal.
